1.1 Commitment: Mether ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is dedicated to fostering a secure, compliant, and reputable environment for all participants on the Metherworld platform ("Platform"). This Expanded Prohibited Activities Policy ("Policy") articulates a comprehensive set of prohibited activities designed to protect the integrity of the Platform, safeguard users, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 Scope: This Policy applies to all individuals and entities accessing or utilizing the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, users expressly agree to abide by the stipulations outlined in this Policy.
2.1 Activities Violating Legal and Regulatory Frameworks: Users are strictly prohibited from employing the Platform for any activities that contravene local, national, or international laws, regulations, or statutes, including, but not limited to:
i. Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or the facilitation thereof.
ii. Perpetrating any form of fraud, including securities fraud, wire fraud, and identity theft.
iii. Illicit trafficking of controlled substances, arms, or other contraband.
iv. Facilitating illegal gambling operations or related activities.
v. Participating in or promoting human trafficking or exploitation.
vi. Any other conduct that constitutes a violation of applicable legal or regulatory standards.
2.2 Activities Constituting Financial Misconduct: Users are prohibited from exploiting the Platform to engage in financial misconduct or fraudulent schemes, including, but not limited to:
i. Participating in insider trading or other forms of market manipulation.
ii. Engaging in tax evasion or the facilitation thereof.
iii. Operating or promoting Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or other fraudulent investment schemes.
iv. Engaging in the unauthorized sale of securities or other financial instruments.
2.3 Activities Involving Intellectual Property Infringement: Users shall not utilize the Platform to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including, but not limited to:
i. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or display of copyrighted materials.
ii. Infringement of trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
2.4 Activities Jeopardizing Platform Security: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that compromise or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Platform, including, but not limited to:
i. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, user accounts, or data.
ii. Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
iii. Initiating denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activities.
iv. Circumventing security measures or authentication protocols.
2.5 Unauthorized Data Collection: Users are prohibited from employing automated tools, scripts, or other methods to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without explicit authorization.
2.6 Misrepresentation and Deceptive Practices: Users are prohibited from misrepresenting their identity, providing false or misleading information, or engaging in any deceptive practices on the Platform.
2.7 Unauthorized Communications: Users shall not engage in spamming, phishing, or other forms of unsolicited or unauthorized communications on the Platform.
2.8 Access and Account Misuse: Users are prohibited from accessing or attempting to access accounts or data that they are not explicitly authorized to access. Users shall not share account credentials with any other individual.
2.9 Circumvention of Security Protocols: Users shall not attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to the Platform through any means.
2.10 Network and Location Obfuscation: Users may not employ VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to mask their location or circumvent geographic restrictions, unless expressly authorized by Mether.
2.11 IP Address Anomalies: Users shall not access the Platform from multiple or unknown IP addresses in a manner that suggests suspicious or fraudulent activity. Mether reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts exhibiting such anomalous behavior to mitigate potential unauthorized access or malicious activity.
2.12 Impersonation and Misrepresentation: Users shall not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or entity on the Platform.
2.13 Content Standards: Users are prohibited from posting, transmitting, or otherwise disseminating any content on the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
2.14 Disruptive Conduct: Users shall not engage in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or interferes with other users' enjoyment of the Platform.

Unauthorized Resale and Distribution: Unless expressly authorized as a Mether partner or employee, users are strictly prohibited from reselling, distributing, or otherwise commercializing Mether's products, services, or offerings to third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, creating unauthorized investment schemes or soliciting investments in Mether-related products or services.
-Engaging in such unauthorized activities is viewed as a severe violation of this Policy and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, legal action, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. Such activities can create significant legal and regulatory risks for Mether and may expose users to substantial financial losses.
-The act of selling Mether’s products and services without proper authorization is akin to setting up an illegal investment scheme, as it creates an unauthorized intermediary relationship that circumvents established compliance procedures and increases the risk of fraud, misrepresentation, and other illicit activities.
3.1 Investigation: Mether reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Policy.
3.2 Account Sanctions: Mether may, at its sole discretion, impose sanctions on accounts found to be in violation of this Policy, including suspension, termination, or other remedial measures.
3.3 Legal Action: Mether may pursue legal action against users who violate this Policy, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, and other remedies.
4.1 Updates: Mether may modify this Policy at any time by posting the updated terms on the Platform.
